Lead coach of The Spectrum Group’s Coaching Division, Pat provides services that help individuals and organizations leverage their human potential, whether the situational need is business development or leadership improvement.
Pat is particularly effective at helping individuals and teams envision the outcomes they want and need, and then assisting them to develop the specific strategies required to achieve their goals.
She uses a variety of organizational and individual assessments to augment her skill in her executive and personal coaching. Having experienced her own business challenges in growing a consulting firm – along with many years of managing in the corporate arena – she brings her widely differentiated knowledge plus sensitivity when working with her clients. When she’s not coaching a leader or working with someone in transition, she might be found mentoring a coach to improve their mastery skills and/or their business.
Prior to starting her own firm, Pat was a VP of Management and Organizational Development. Her key role in this company added to her experience of supporting real organizational change and business results. Pat’s years of working with all kinds of teams and leaders (along with her platform training experience), enables her to provide special content coaching to her clients. A distributor for Wiley/Inscape Publishing, she is able to access those tools that help a person engage quicker.
Pat is certified in MBTI, DISC, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, the Hogan Leadership Series, Lominger Voices and is also a Certified Heartmath Coach. On the faculty of two coach training organizations, she leads virtual seminars for new and experienced coaches as well as mangers.
Author of many articles for business books and other periodicals, Pat presents yearly at professional conferences. Her education includes graduate training in counseling as well as a Master’s degree in Organizational Development. A certified Mentor Coach who develops other coaches, Pat also holds the coveted designation of Master Certified Coach from the International Coaches Federation (fewer than 650 coaches out of more than 25,000 members internationally hold this credential). Most of her graduate and post-graduate work has been done at Columbia University and the New School for Social Research along with courses at the Wharton School of Business.
Pat serves on several volunteer Boards, supervises new coaches, and also works with MBA students attending a major university. Known nationally as “the coach’s coach”, she works with professionals from many fields who want to “up their game” – whether in business or in life..
