Program 1. Executive Coaching
This option is for you if you are an important contributor in the organization who may be facing enormous stretch goals or are falling short of meeting hoped-for expectations. Program 2: Transition Coaching
This type of coaching helps you through the process of life-shifts and finding a path to move forward. Typical issues include career and or life transitions. Most clients are looking for clarity, a plan and motivation to stay on their journey. The coaching addresses the tactical and emotional support needed to step out into today’s challenging job market. Tools used address finding your passion, bringing clarity to how you present yourself, and strategic ways of networking.

Program 3: Team Success Coaching
Many leaders want to move their team from performing well to experiencing outstanding team success. They also want to transfer their leadership competencies to others so that everyone can benefit from the collaboration and resulting synergy.
Drawing on her 25 years of working with leaders and their teams, Pat White’s approach is to work in conjunction with the team leader to identify gaps in both leadership as well as team culture. Pat assists the team in developing clear vision, strategic objectives and implementation plans that will succeed and make the talent investment worthwhile. The follow-up coaching (both individually and as a group) ensures alignment with critical success factors.
